Question 1

How do I know if an accessory fits my phone?

Accepted Answer

Every product page lists the compatible models. For cases, screen protectors and lens protectors, just pick your model from the drop-down. Magnetic accessories work with MagSafe iPhones (iPhone 12 and later, except iPhone 16e) and with any phone in a magnetic case, such as our clear case. Not sure? Email us before you order.

Question 2

Does wireless charging wear out my battery faster?

Accepted Answer

Heat is what really ages a battery. Our wireless chargers manage temperature and lower their output when needed. To keep things cool, take off card wallets and very thick cases, and avoid charging your phone in direct sunlight.

Question 3

Can I take the magnetic power bank on a plane?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in your carry-on only. At 10,000 mAh, or about 37 Wh, it sits well below the 100 Wh limit applied by most airlines. Power banks must never go in checked luggage, so keep it in your hand baggage.

Question 4

How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on your country: the latest delivery date is shown in your cart before payment and in the confirmation email, and you receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Shipping is free on orders from €49.

Question 5

How do payment and returns work?

Accepted Answer

Payments are secured by Stripe: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You have 14 days after delivery to withdraw, using the “Withdraw from the contract here” link at the bottom of every page. Our support team answers by email.
